Air Marshal Bhushan Gokhale
Air Marshal Bhushan Gokhale, PVSM AVSM VM was commissioned into the Indian Air Force in June 1968 in fighter stream. He has served as Flying Instructor in Iraq from 1977 to 1979 and as the Defence Adviser at Indian Embassy in Egypt from 1994 to 1998. He is an alumnus of Madras University, Air War College, USA and a Fellow of Aeronautical Society of India. He was the Vice Chief of Air Staff at Air Headquarters prior to his retirement on 31st December 2007. Air Marshal Gokhale has been appointed Consultant to the Principle Scientific Adviser to the GOI and to DRDO. He was awarded the prestigious Agni award on the National Technology Day 2013.
Dr. Alam advises The Dialogue on India’s economic policy. He is a Senior Consultant and Coordinator of the UNFPA sponsored research project Building a Knowledge Base on Population Ageing India (BKPAI) at IEG, Delhi. He has more than 42 years of experience in research, teaching, project planning, project coordination, designing and organizing field surveys. He was a National Consultant in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Health (Government of India) from 1983 to 1985 and has published 5 books more than 90 research papers.

Mr. Ashok K. Behuria holds a PhD in International Politics from School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He is an established expert in Politics and Society in Pakistan, including Internal Political Dynamics and Ethno- Cultural Diversity; India-Pakistan Relations and Kashmir; Politics of Nationalism, Ethnicity.
