Kazim is a public policy professional based out of New Delhi. He is passionate about bringing a positive discourse in India’s political and policy space, and envisages to make a lasting impact. The Dialogue was founded with this idea in mind. Kazim is also the Co-Chair, Public Policy at the Indian National Bar Association. He is a distinguished voice on important issues in the policy sphere. He is also a keynote speaker and believes in discussions that can take India forward.
Shoaib leads on strategy and marketing for The Dialogue. An MBA from Said Business School, Oxford University, Shoaib co-founded his ice cream start-up Scoops n Sticks in August 2014. Previously, he served as the Chief Engineer with the world’s largest shipping company, AP Moller Maersk.
Internet Governance Lead
Ranjeet is an award-winning author and regularly publishes his ideas in leading Indian publications. Ranjeet has a master’s degree in Political Science along with certifications in Public Policy, Cyber Laws and Ethical Hacking. He blogs and tweets as the Old Wonk. At The Dialogue he leads on all things Internet Governance. Ranjeet is a CPR South Young Fellow and leads research projects on open access, data protection, data privacy, cyber safety and security.
Head, Strategy and Futuring
Samriddh has over 15 years’ experience across advertising, marketing, technology, communications and filmmaking. In his last tenure, with Xynteo, a Norwegian Sustainability Advisory firm, he was heading communications and strategy for India. Prior to that, Samriddh held senior roles with HCL Technologies, Times Internet, Shooting Gallery Asia (Singapore) and ABM Communications. He is a published author, artist, photographer, trekker and runner. He has an executive education certificate from IIM, Bangalore. Tripti graduated from the Masters of Public Administration (MPA) program at Cornell University in May 2017, prior to which she practised as a litigating attorney in various lower courts and State High Courts in India. She has a vast experience in doing field research in rural India, and in scientifically designing their research methodologies. Tripti has conducted field studies in Jharkhand in areas including MGNREGA and RTE and has worked in rural Nepal. As part of her Capstone Project, she recently concluded a project with the US Government Accountability Office examining trends of immigrant participation in the workforce in the US. Her research interest lies in social security administration, labour & migration economics, and in the interaction of human rights and information and communication technology (ICT) capabilities. At The Dialogue, Tripti is primarily responsible for developing and delivering on research strategies.
Tridivesh Singh Mainiis a New Delhi based Policy Analyst. He is an Assistant Professor with The Jindal School of International Affairs, OP Jindal Global University, Sonepat, Haryana. He is a former SAV Visiting Fellow (Winter 2016) with the Stimson Center, Washington DC. Maini was also an Asia Society India-Pakistan Regional Young Leaders Initiative (IPRYLI) Fellow (2013-2014), and a Public Policy Scholar with The Hindu Centre for Politics and Public Policy, Chennai (November 2013-March 2014).
His research interests include; The role of state governments in Indian Foreign Policy, Cooperative Federalism, The India-Pakistan-China triangle, India’s Act East Policy . Maini is a regular contributor for a number of publications including The Diplomat and The Quint.

Deepanwita De is a journalist by profession, having graduated from the Asian College of Journalism, Chennai. She worked as a desk Editor with the Hindustan Times and is currently a fellow with Milaap, involved in grassroots development work in rural West Bengal. In her past time, she loves reading and capturing emotions.
Atul K Thakur is a public policy professional, management consultant, journalist, and writer who specialises in the interface between politics and economics. His research and writing interests extend to macroeconomic policies and international affairs, with a special focus on South Asia. He is an alumnus, inter alia, of Banaras Hindu University and has worked across sectors, spanning policy research, management consultancy, publishing and media.

Neha Mungekar is an urban designer by profession. Her interests revolve around climate change, adaptation and water related developmental studies. Her explorative attitude has made her wander to places in a desire to realise and photograph their stories. Kushan Chakraborty is a lawyer based out of New Delhi. He practices transactional law with a law firm and deals predominantly in the fields of banking and finance, and general corporate advisory. He has previously had experience in dispute resolution across domains, including pro bono work for charitable causes. He has keen interest in economic policies, and the interplay between the law and businesses. In his free time, Kushan likes to travel, read and write about politics, culture and cinema.

Nischal is a co-founder and partner at IP for Startups. He is a qualified attorney and practitioner of international commercial & IPR law since 2013. He is the winner of the reputed Chevening Scholarship and LLM from the Queen Mary University of London. Currently, he is an honorary legal & policy advisor to Honourable Health Minister, Government of NCT of Delhi.
Krishna is a rising senior at VIT University in Computer Science. He is deeply driven towards using Data and Technology in driving public policy initiatives and discourse. At the Dialogue, he works on technology policy. In the past, he has worked on Digital Education and Open Source software initiatives at IIT Bombay and the Andhra Pradesh Government. Additionally, he has undertaken data driven research for public representatives, civil service officers and NGOs.
Ameya works on the website of The Dialogue and leads the technology deployment. Ameya is a leading technology consultant to many companies and start-ups and has done extensive work on developing cutting edge and bespoke websites.
Zeba is a Reporter with CNN-News 18 based out of New Delhi, covering the latest beats in politics and current affairs. She regularly advises The Dialogue on trends in the media narrative along with support on growth strategy.
Sandeep Sachdeva is a New Delhi-based policy analyst and freelance writer. His research interests include India-Middle East and India-Pakistan relations, foreign investment in infrastructure and the Indian diaspora.
Vibha is a human rights lawyer with an interest in gender, sexuality, and access to justice. She has an undergraduate degree (B.A. LL.B) from Christ University and a postgraduate degree (LLM in International Human Rights Law) from the University of Liverpool where she was a Commonwealth Scholar. She currently works as a Research Associate at DAKSH, a public policy organization working in judiciary and political reforms. At the Dialogue, Vibha is a consultant on gender and policy issues.
Abhishek is an international relations student based out of University of Bristol, UK and leads on external communications for The Dialogue. An engineer by profession, Abhishek has a penchant for politics and foreign policy and is highly motivated to bring a positive change in our society. In the past, Abhishek worked with media institutions, political parties, NGOs and has also volunteered for social causes.
